School day
What a School Day Looks Like
School formats differ. Performance and Advanced School run two days. Competition School runs three days. Each day follows a similar rhythm.
- 01
Arrival
Check in with operations. Fitment, gear, and the plan for the day are confirmed before wheels turn.
- 02
Briefing
The coach sets the session objective so you know what the next block is testing.
- 03
Seat time
Coached sessions in Radical platform cars at Atlanta Motorsports Park until the objective is met.
- 04
Debrief
Each block ends with feedback tied to the next session. Progress is recorded on your path.
- 05
Return to track
You go back out for the next block. That cycle repeats through the school day.

After Competition School
After Competition School
After Competition School, continue into licensing and race programs when cleared. Private Coaching is available if you want focused one-on-one work. If eligibility is unclear, contact operations before you enroll further.
SCCA Licensing
Primal is SCCA accredited. School completion and license status are verified before further enrollment. Contact operations if you need guidance on the next documented step.
Private Coaching
One-on-one coaching available between schools or after Competition School. Sessions are built around your experience, goals, and the next event on your calendar — line, traffic, starts, or event prep.

Common Questions
Do I need prior racing experience?
No. Most first-time students begin with Performance School. Prior racing experience is not required to start there.
Can experienced drivers enter later in the program?
Sometimes. Mid-path entry into Advanced School is possible when you meet the requirements listed under Who Should Attend. Email operations before you register if you are unsure.
What should I bring?
Confirm details with operations before arrival. At minimum, plan for:
- A valid driver's license
- Height and weight for fitment
- Answers to safety gear questions before you arrive
What if I am unsure which school to choose?
Email info@primalmotorsports.com before you register. Operations can help you choose based on your experience.
What happens after Competition School?
You can continue toward SCCA licensing and Primal race programs when cleared. Private Coaching is optional and is not another school on the ladder.
